• All pricing, discounts, additional coupons, bonuses or incentives offered to their customers by Affiliates must be authorised by Need4Video Ltd.
  
• For promotion of Need4Video software Affiliates may use
  
  - any graphics from the Need4Video website
  - text materials from PAD files
  - their own graphics and text materials
  - materials from Banners and How-tos section of the Need4Video Affiliate Program website.
  
  
• Affiliates may not
  
  - use "Need4Video", "Need4Video.com", "Need4Video Official" or similar words in such a way that consumers may be mislead as to the ownership of Need4Video software and brands.
  - use the words "Need4Video", "Need4Video Video Converter" or the names of other Need4Video products as keywords when creating ads on any search engine/site.
  - redistribute Need4Video products in any way without written permission from Need4Video.

Should any condition of Need4Video Affiliate Policy be violated by the Affiliate, Need4Video reserves the right, at its own discretion, to reduce Affiliate commission and/or remove Affiliate from the program.
