This problem might be fixed if you:

Install the most recent version of Need4Video software. Please check for updates.
Install the new version of Codec Pack:
http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack_download.htm

Note! We can not fix the problem if the original video is already out of sync.

This problem might be fixed if you:

Install the most recent version of Need4Video software. Please check for updates.

Give file a short name which contains no unreadable symbols;
Locate output folder on a local hard drive with enough free space to store output files.

Note! We can not fix the problem if the original video is corrupt.
