Step 2. Add Link to FLV Video To Convert

Step 3. Select Output Format

In the Profile field, select MPEG4 (iPod, MP4) . From the Presets drop-down menu, choose iPod (320x240) or iPod 5G (640x480). The presets will provide the best setting to convert FLV video for your model of iPod.
